Lining of aggregate scales with PUCEST panels and Hexagon Protector

The lining of the aggregate scales was heavily worn at the impact points. We removed the old material, cleaned the substrate and made templates for the new panels. The new lining consists of 12 mm thick PUCEST panels with 85 Shore. The joints and transitions are now filled with PUCEST TIX. We have also screwed PUCEST Hexagon Protector sheets for different grain sizes to the areas subject to particular stress. The PUCEST Hexagon Protector works according to a simple principle: part of the conveyed material that hits the plate collects in the chambers and thus assumes a buffer function, the perfect wear protection.
