Lining of an inlet funnel

Our customer’s material feed hopper was pretty battered after a few years. Instead of a new hopper, which would have meant considerable costs and downtime, we suggested lining the hopper with PUCEST panels with a perforated plate insert. After securing the construction site, the hopper was measured, templates were made and then our panels were cut to size. Installation is very simple. Drilling the holes, attaching the PUCEST panel with threaded screws, done.

The funnel is ready for use again in no time at all.
