Mixer conversion and defective gearbox repaired

Our customer’s ring trough mixer was badly damaged, the gearbox was worn out and the mixing arms were corroded. It was no longer possible to adjust the mixing arms. We completely dismantled the mixer, removed the gearbox and repaired it. The new mounts for the PUCEST mixing arms were welded to the rotor and the rotor was sealed after the gearbox was fitted. Now we were able to install and adjust the PUCEST universal mixing arms and attach the blades. The result is excellent. The mixer runs perfectly again…
