Our customer’s concrete discharge hopper was completely worn out. Our customer had already dismantled the hopper and made it available. However, the basic structure was so badly damaged that we manufactured a completely new bar hopper directly on site. Once the base had been formed, welded and assembled, we were able to start lining the hopper. Making templates, cutting PUCEST panels to size and screwing them together. The result is a completely new hopper that is now highly wear-resistant and optimally protected against adhesion.
