Our customer operates a concrete plant and uses a ring trough mixer. However, the mixing results leave more and more to be desired and the mixing time, a significant factor, is also getting longer and longer. The reason for this is worn mixing arms. These lead to a rotor encrusted with concrete.

The solution is the PUCEST universal mixing arm, which fits into any ring pan mixer, as long as its rotor is weldable. The conversion creates an almost new mixer with convincing advantages in a very short time. For example, there are no mixing arm bearings through which concrete can penetrate and no springs that can break. The easy adjustment of the mixing arms and paddles allows the plant operator to do this in between.

Our assembly team dismantles the old mixing arms and welds the holes on the rotor. The mounts for the PUCESST universal mixing arm are now welded on and the mixing arms are fitted. The mixing tools are fitted and aligned for optimum mixing results.

Conclusion: The mixing result is now excellent, the mixing time has been significantly reduced and emptying the mixer is also much quicker. Our customer is delighted…
