PUCEST TIX – repair of a pick and place chute

Our customer operates an insertion chute in the metal processing sector. A very large number of screws run over the chute. Due to high temperatures, the PU used in the outlet area has dissolved in places. In order to be able to continue operating the chute, the wear protection used would have to be replaced. However, we can repair the damaged areas with our PUCEST TIX levelling compound. The damaged areas are cut out, sanded down a little and then filled with PUCEST TIX. The result is perfect, as you can see in the pictures. The gutter can now be used again. No long downtimes due to the replacement of the wear protection. The repair only took about 1 hour.
