Our customer’s concrete mixer was very heavily used. The mixer floor was worn and the slide valve was no longer functional, making it almost impossible to discharge the concrete. The walls of the mixer were also heavily corroded and were originally due to be replaced. Our suggestion to simply rotate the side walls was gratefully accepted – saving a lot of money. The mixing arms were partially dismantled so that the old mixer floor could be removed and completely replaced. After a functional test, it was clear that the slide motor had to be replaced. This is also no problem for our specialists. Everything was reassembled, the mixing arms adjusted and after a test run, the concrete mixer is fully functional again.
